We spent 3 days there, as a mom with two kids, I felt safe the whole entire time, accidentally locked myself out at night and the man at smokes poutine below the motel was able to let me in, over all was friendly, clean and we will be back :)

It was a great price and right in the heart of the tourist area so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The property was a little run down (bathroom could've been better) than I was expecting. It would've been nicer if they offered amenities like a microwave and fridge. I was really happy we were on the main floor so we didn't have to climb stairs, The staff was really friendly and helpful, like when we had a problem with our TV and suggesting a desert venue. Check in was a breeze.

The hotel it is ok, very well located in Niagara Falls. The main complain was the parking, there was a sign saying $15, but got charged $20, next time it is cheaper leave the car in the neighbor parking lot that charges $10...but the hotel was ok.

Stayed 6 days/5 nights. Staff was great and room was okay for the cost - was clean. Only thing, we had to go to office to get ice but that wasn't a problem. The Air Conditioning was excellent - a little to cold for me but was good. Housekeeping very friendly and would ask if we needed anything when I was out on balcony smoking. Nice and close to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Easy to walk.
