However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising. "
