Its a bit offensive to have so many unfortunate homeless street people all up and down the mall and they make tourists uncomfortable by pan handling and approaching everyone. There needs to be a more prevalent police activity to be seen or they need to move those people to a shelter rather than at the door ways of many places people like to go to eat or shop/ I am sensitive to the needs of homeless people but it bothers many of us to be approached sometimes rudely.
