We needed a place to sleep and this worked. The check in involved a remote bell ringer who did not know of us coming. She figured it out quickly but it was a bit complex. A bedside light and a hook in the bathroom would add a lot to a serviceable room. If I were a single woman traveling, I would have felt a bit uncomfortable due to 2 doors accessing the room and low exterior lighting.

The room smelled like smoke, the window screen is broken and the window was open (on the the first floor, so not safe). The tub looked dirty.

The room was nice and clean but had a pet urine smell which was horrible. They just let people smoke as throughout the evening my family and I would get waves if smoke smell. The location was great, lots of dining options and stores. The front desk person was pretty rude to my son as he was trying to print a waiver for a college visit which was a bummer. For the price it did the trick for one night.
