I've stayed at this location before, booked through Expedia and never had a problem. I booked the room with the kingsize, whirlpool room. Received a confirmation # from the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was trying to check in and she couldn't find my reservation. Once found, my room was under someone else's name. How could you need up like that, I drive 3hrs to find out my reservation # was also someone else's. Expedia immediately gave me a refund of 208.00. I rebooked with them to find my room 122 not smelling too good. I moved the sheets on 1 of the beds and you can see they were dirty. I tried soaking in a hot tub for my sore back to find mildew all along the tub. You can tell repair was done to the celling and walls. The front door looks like somebody tried forcing their way in. I was very unhappy about my stay and will never stay there again. I was not even compensated for my inconvenience.
