“Building seemed somewhat out of date. My pillows were very limp. Elevators certificate expired in Jan 2026. Pool was not open/closed down due to some issue in the pool. Toilet seemed to be somewhat loose at the base and jerked when you got up. Not impressed.”

“This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”

“The bugs were horrible outside on the patio. Breakfast was from 7-9. Would have liked it to be from 7-10. Out jacuzzi tub didn't work. Hotel”

“Our stay here was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Communication was great; Holly always responds promptly and helped us out with a last minute change of plans when we needed to extend our stay. Location was close to where we needed to be around Bloomington and Normal.”
