"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. "House Rules: Respect our towels and sheets? Need to be clear. Does this mean they are for the owner since this is a rental in their house; because I didn’t get to use any. I don’t know both were used by the same person or what. Leave a towel and wash cloth in the room instead. Thank you."

"The Host canceled our reservation two hours before check-in because they were supposedly making repairs in the apartment and they couldn't finish it on time, for this reason we lost the money for the lockers that we had bought for the parks, my children were heartbroken because the irresponsibility of this person and to this day I still have not received my money back. Host was great with quick and helpful responses to any questions or concerns I had. Parking was manageable, definitely could have been worse. Just need to find a spot on the street and I always found one on the same block. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Will be trying to stay here again next time I’m in Bayonne."
