"Our family of five stayed here for four days. The location is great for entertainment, shopping, and dinning out. The room was great and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and had more than enough room. My only complaints would be the room could use fresh paint and could have been a little cleaner. Overall the room was still good though. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m Erie."

"The elevators were things of my nightmares. They gave the vibe of trying to survive a horror video game. Definitely inspired me to pray for the safety of the staff and use the stairs! Other than the elevators of doom, everything was absolutely lovely! The sleeping space was reminiscent of Naval lodging. But if you find close quarters comfortable, this is the place for you! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous! From housekeeping to front desk to grounds keeping, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. The pool was also a pleasant experience."

"The staff as kind and had a pack n play waiting in our room when we arrived. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable!"

"Great for what we needed. It was a pitstop on our way to Niagara for Labor Day weekend. The staff stayed in the office til almost midnight for us to make it up from Kentucky, even tho the office technically closes around 10-10:30."
