“Overall, our stay at Hallmark Inn in San Antonio was good. Sonia at the front desk was friendly and even let us check in an hour early with no hesitation, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, and we liked that the AC unit stayed running instead of constantly turning off like in many hotels. There currently aren’t any amenities available due to renovations, but hopefully there will be improvements once they’re finished.”

“I only stayed one night. We had a terrible time trying to find the location. Construction all around the area. Our stay was comfortable for the one day we stayed. ”

“Noisy bed with metal skirt made seriously loyd booming noise everytime we moved. Room echoed, inadequate lamp light in poorly designed eating area; needs a couch or something instead. Charged $25 for early check-in of 2 hours at 13:47 in afternoon. Man at front desk very unfriendly & hard to understand. Wash & dry is $7, why? What is the +plus.....had better experience at Motel 6. Would like my $25 back since it was after 12 noon and shouldn't have been charged. ”
