“good and clean ”

“Nice and quiet stay. Hot tub was hot. Food was great.”

“There was issues with communication and tone of the night desk clerk. However the day shift person rectified the issues and in a much more friendly and professionally manner”

“Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. ”

“Everything was great, but the wifi was a little slow on Friday night but over all was a great time”

“We were here on the coldest days of the week but the heater worked pretty good. Kept us toasty. Not much shopping areas close. Not much of a good place to sit down and eat. The room was clean but it did have some chipping in the bath tub. We had our granddaughter and she likes baths but had to take a shower instead because of the chipping but at least she was clean. This place was alright. ”

“We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. ”

“The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when we Checked in and when we asked about sites around the area. There are several shops just walking distance from the hotel that are well worth seeing. ”

“Staff was wonderful and very friendly. My 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool area. However, I will say if he was a little bit smaller I'm not sure he would have enjoyed it as much. We will definitely be back and hope to catch some rays outdoors! When leaving, my son asked if we could go back, so it was a win for all!”

“The is very courteous and friendly and very helpful in what ever situation one bump on the they are willing to listen and lend a hand.”

“Parking was good. Didn't use any of the amenities, but they looked good. The only thing was that we had guest above us that had kids that were running or jumping off the bed and kept us up till almost 11 pm.”
