Housekeeping everyday no longer exists at Caesars! Extremely disappointing. Called for two days asking when I could expect to have housekeeping services; was told several different varying answers by Claire, who also wouldn't let me talk to any supervisor, she informed me she was qualified to answer my questions. When pushed several times during the second day, she finally said to me rooms only get cleaned on the day you checkout. By telling me this, everything she had told me before was a lie. When called out on that, I finally was transferred to someone else, who in turn told my she (Claire) was new. What a crap-show. When you book a hotel at any Caesars property you expect better! I will never book there again, or any Caesars property in any other city again.
