Large New Bethany Beach Home with Hot Tub

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful home with great amenities! Our kids and visiting guests raved about this home, loved the pool, especially having a hot tub with a TV and an outdoor shower on site was awesome! Kids and adults loved the game room, who doesn’t love a foosball and shuffleboard table! The full size arcade games were an added plus, and there is even a great selection of books if you need a good read for the beach! We were without internet for a time, not the host fault, area outage, but didn’t bother us, so many amenities to keep everyone entertained when we weren’t at the beach. Happy to see kids and adults have fun without electronics! Spacious home, wonderful large enclosed deck, well stocked kitchen, super clean bathrooms, and Brian the host is very quick in responding to questions. I’d only suggest if you really like to cook when on vacay, bring a larger size pan or maybe an electric skillet for like pancakes. We easily give this home a 10 out 10 and would definitely rent again for ourselves and highly recommend to others!"

"I love staying in this area. You are right in between Ocean City and Rehoboth . Bethany Beach and the town square are exactly 8 minutes away. House was clean and had beach chairs, as well as bikes. Host was quick to answer questions."

"The house is spacious, clean and conveniently located. The kitchen is well equipped. It was great having bikes and beach items available. The owners responded promptly to our questions. The kids enjoyed the community amenities and fishing from the bridge right next to the property."

"We enjoyed our stay--quiet place, not far to drive to the beach or kayaking. The table on the patio was lovely for dinner and breakfast. And we really appreciated the dog-friendly part. Our only problem was a toilet overflow. We called and texted but didn't get clear responses so lost some time waiting around for a repair person who never appeared. Things happen, but it seemed communication got a little mixed up."

"We had a great week at this property! Our family has been coming to the area around Bethany Beach for about 15 years, and this was a truly standout week. Rachel was super responsive and easy to work with, and the vacation was one of our most relaxing to date. Couple of things to call out:-Everything you need in the garage: beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks-Clean, spacious property with tons of space and lots to do: lots of big tables and couches for hanging out together, as well as separate spaces (balconies, bedrooms, different floors) when people wanted quiet time.-Beautiful setting: glimpses of the bay at sunset, a bayside beach for the dogs to run along at low tide, and so much nature to take in, between paddle boarding in the bay and early morning walks in the nearby nature preserve and Fresh Pond state park. -Easy access without being trapped in the crowds: Downtown Bethany or the state sPark beach is about a 10 minute ride, and Dewey and Rehoboth are only 10-15 minutes past that. And, whether you’re getting coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, there are nearby restaurants that don’t fill up as quickly because they’re not in the middle of everything. There’s even a little brewery just down the road—maybe a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes bike ride. Also: the Hockers grocery store right down the road is good and MUCH LESS CROWDED than the bigger ones on 26.So, two thumbs up!"

"We had a nice stay. The condo has wonderful view of wetlands and the Indian River bay, and we spent each evening on the deck listening to birds and watching boats. The unit was nice, plenty for up to 4 adults, and the Bethany Bay complex is great for walking. About a 10-15 minute drive to Bethany Beach. The only minor issue was some of the dishes weren't clean on arrival, which seemed to be because the dishwasher wasn't doing a good job (we ended up handwashing)."

"Great house in a nice community near beaches and family activities. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Art was an accommodating host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."
