"Considering room rates are already significant at the coast it seems excessive to charge a resort fee and a parking fee additionally. Then to charge $25 for breakfast that many of the resorts include with the cost of your stay again seems excessive. I could do without the flip flops and water bottle to eliminate the resort fee. The resort is nice, but no nicer than other resorts that do not charge all these additional fees."

"Seems homeless people are taking over smoking outside the rooms making noise all hours of the night 2 to 4 AM bicycles no smoking on property yet they smoking right outside the rooms"

"Loved the hotel was near everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was wonderfull. The staff kept everything full and hot. We will be staying here again next time we're in town."

"I think it’s a fine hotel for the price. Love the pool and the spa, nice size rooms. I would definitely stay there again. Much better than all the other hotels in its price range. San Luis Obispo is extremely overpriced in most of their hotels."
