“Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly.”

“So the room was $400 per night and it was not a good experience. Our room was so small we kept hitting our heads while in bed on the wall because it slanted towards us. Really needs to be renovated. The shower was the size of a small person to fit inside. The rugs on the 3rd floor which we had to drag our luggage up were disgusting. The entire place was vacant so why put us in this tiny room that a 5'10 person cant fit in”

“Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...

Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again .”
