"Great stay-- would stay here again-- safe, nice welcome from Cameron at front desk, room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast. I usually stay in Pittsfield at a hotel that has given me a discount since March when my mother was put into a nursing home. I normally try to come down twice a month from CNY--needless to say it is expensive for me.. Random question-- do you offer discounts?"

"Room was comfortable and clean. The Inn is beautiful. We went to the Lions Den both evenings and had a drink and listened to live music. We couldn’t get a table at the restaurant but there are other good options in walking distance. The only disappointment was that the fireplace in our room was not working. "

"The bar and restaurant were excellent. Valet parking is free and fast. Ive machines should be on each floor. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, East Greenbush, NY. The staff was friendly. Some areas in the bathroom like toilet and bathtub look outdated. Room was clean. Facilities were nicely kept. Buffet breakfast was a little limited in hot food options; just eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more continental than anything. Gym equipment was a little rusty. There was excessive knocking like 2 hours before checkout time. They came to the room to ask if needed fresh towels and to take garbage out which is strange since it was so close to checkout time. There was a beeping sound on the 3rd floor and a complaint was made and the maintenance person came to fix it. Overall, it was a good place to stay overnight and get some rest. "

"Nice hotel with modern, cozy lobby and dining area. The breakfast spread was notably good. Solid customer service. The only quirks were the sink design (low height and tended to spray) and loud AC unit. Great location near the river, RPI, and downtown retail and restaurants. Highly recommended overall!"
