“Overall the stay was good. The only issue I had was the air conditioning unit in the room. While I get that condensation happens, the unit created a puddle beneath it approximately 3 feet in diameter. This caused the room to be extremely humid which made the room, bed, clothes, etc feel damp. I informed the front desk when I arrived at the property, nothing was done. “We stayed at this motel 25 years ago on our honeymoon and decided for our Anniversary to stay there again, and it was as special this time as last!!! “Lovely stay. Great location, 5 minutes from Forsyth Park. Room was charming & clean, with lots of antiques. Perfect, cool temperature. Breakfast was delicious, with a continental bar of yogurts, muffins etc available. & a served, plated breakfast. The plated breakfast was hot & home-cooked, great quality. The dessert hour was super tasty as well. Check in was smooth. Lively farmers/artisan market on Saturday mornings at the park, must do! Bonus for the local cat garden nearby - so sweet!!……
