A memorable visit to Savannah and The Marshall House was a big part of the reason why we enjoyed it so much. We had a balcony room and it was a unique experience to climb out and rock on those chairs overlooking Broughton Street. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Loved the location. The staff outstanding. They were attentive and every time we asked for something they came through! The room had a partial view of the river (there was a wall covering part of it). We were not enamored with the frosted glass walls in the toilet/shower area. We would have preferred a real wall. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. In fact, I don’t know if cleaning means changing the towels and making the bed only. I know our room wasn’t not vacuumed at all. I took a……

“Our valet Miguel was absolutely fantastic! He knew our every need and he was so very thoughtful! Saturday morning, 6/06/2026, one of the elevators was out of service. That evening upon our return to the hotel Both elevators were out of service! Our room was on the seventh floor. I’ve just recently had both knees replaced so I was unable to take the stairs up to my room. There were about 10 other guests already in the lobby, including a woman in a wheelchair. “Amazing place to stay in Savannah! Would definitely come back here again. The bed/pillows were so comfy! The room was spacious and the rooftop pool was a highlight!”

“It’s was clean and conveniently located. It could use a touch up on paint and bathroom area but overall good place to stay. Oh and beware that the windows are super thin so you will likely hear everything, everyone and every truck driving by.”
