“I paid 200 for a heated pool that wasn’t heated and couldn’t due my exercising for therapy the water was 70 degrees there was a barking dog out back that barked 24/7 very annoying! There was an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen! The floors in kitchen and dining room had parts tore up with sharp edges they hurt our feet We don’t wear shoes in the house I spoke to the owner about pool and he did nothing about the heat so I should be able to get my 200. Back for nit being able to use the……

“The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh……

“There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. ”
