“Very homey and clean”

“1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide……

“Close proximity to a beautiful lake. The room was welcoming for entertainment and relaxation. Everything was well prepared and thoughtful.”

“I was really disappointed when we got to the hotel. At the amount it cost I was expecting a lot more. Everything was worn and rundown out of date. Bathroom ceiling stucco was coming down, bathroom and floor tile cracked, everything worn and dated. Carpet worn never cleaned. The room itself was clean, but because it was so worn out it was hard to notice. Only one outlet under the table next to the bed. No USB ports anywhere. Breakfast was nothing but a continental breakfast. Will not return. Way……

“Won’t recommend at all, when we first check in the room they assigned was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working, we asked for a change, they did it but that room was worse than the one before. Fridge was full of mold, when we turned on the AC wasn’t working properly and again the cigarette’s smell was bad, the bed was a joke, you can’t move at all or you would hear all the springs cracking. Last but not least, the room didn’t have black out nor……
