“Great clean, safe, location and staff.”

“Good location. Check in was easy. Free on site parking. Room was generally clean. Limited choices for breakfast but still okay. Front desk not manned 24/7; had problem with shower tub poorly draining but no one to ask for assistance. Not a deal breaker since we only stayed overnight; reported it upon checkout. Could do better for the price point.”

“The staff was amazing. However, anytime I book a hotel I always book with needing a pool in mind. The pump to heat the pool was not working, therefore I was unable to go swimming as the water was extremely cold. Also, the air conditioner was not working for the two nights that I was there. I bought it to the attention of staff, and they did mention that they were having some problems so that was utterly uncomfortable having to sleep in a hot room.”

“Hotel is old and outdated. Room was dirty and was given soiled linens. There were renovations being done but it was not disclosed at booking. Everything that we experienced during our stay made it uncomfortable.”

“We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. Also channel selection on the TV was pretty limited and ESPN was not working, which stunk because we wanted to watch the college World Series and the……
