The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

"It was a really great place to stay for a last minute stay! Very small but super cute and clean! Enough space for two people. The only thing you've gotta watch out for is the fees.. I had to pay an extra $100+ that wasnt included on the listing or anywhere on my confirmation email. It was after I booked the nonrefundable listing that I noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. i was notified of another fee a day before check in."

"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable.
