"They do not tell you they don’t take chime so even though the room was paid for they sent me and my 3 kids away at 9:30 pm the night before their grandmothers funeral "

"The heating system needs to be updated, very loud and always shut on and off. The chain lock needs to be updated with something more secure. The "breakfast" was bread, butter, coffee and juice. No cereal for the kids that came down. Hallway needs more lighting. The room was clean but the TV was tiny, maybe 24 inches. The staff at front desk was very nice. On a very busy street, so ask for a room not on that side."

"Our stay was great! We enjoyed sledding out in the snow during the day with all of the amazing views that the property has to offer, sitting by the fireplace at night, warming up in the hot tub, and playing in the rec room with the kids. The kitchen was great to cook in and very accommodating of our large family. We would definitely recommend a visit to Howe Caverns! "

"What a great house! We needed a spot in between Buffalo, NY and Worcester, MA to get together and this was perfect. Great space for gathering together with plenty of sleeping options for 8 people. Clean and open. I only didn't give it 5 stars because the beautiful house seemed a bit out of place with the neighborhood but honestly, it was perfect for us for a winter get together. No issues at all and host was responsive. "
