“Can’t wait to come back! Such personal stay and could not beat the location”

“Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well-maintained. I found the bed to be comfortable and I slept well. The location was convenient, especially with the laundromat across the parking lot. I worked early hours so I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast. The pool looked clean as well. Would stay again in the future.”

“Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.”

“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“The pull out couch mattress was flat and disgustingly dirty. Staff did put a new mattress on top after a lot of discussion. My sister’s room would not lock and she had to move her things into my room every time we left. The outer door to the hotel also did not lock, so anyone could enter the hotel at any time. The “breakfast” was a choice of 2 cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, &/or a banana. With cheap, wrapped “pastries” on the side. Coffee (which ran out), juice or milk (which also ran out).……

“I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from……

“First of all, I knew the rooms were beautiful and period. Ours was superb ! Our window looked out to the lake, and sunrise was visible if you were up early. Windows with screens for a lake breeze too. Bathroom - all Kohler ! All new ! Furnishings, window treatments, carpeting, bed linens, etc. - all top-notch and elegant. “Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for.
