Gate and rental management don't communicate well. One of my family member with 2 babies were not able to come in so they had to leave and sleep somewhere else, the security at the gate were not helpful even though they saw the situation and we were following the rules for the limit amount of people in the house. The next day the problem was not solved so we had to find a way to drive them in the neighborhood. Very frustrating and sad situation during our family vacation.
