Exec. 4 Bedroom Home nr Disney, Backs onto Conservation lands

Welcome to Sunset Palms! Situated only four miles from Disney and the other major theme parks. Just off the popular Highway 192 and all its restaurants and activities.
Our pool is south facing and has sunshine from morning until sunset. It is backing onto a pond and beautiful conservation lands - very private and a great sense of being away from it all.
The house is decorated in quality furnishings. We stay at the house a couple of months every year ourselves and try to keep it maintained as if it were our first home.
A King and two Queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms. Two twin beds in the kids room. Free use of crib for a baby.
Oversized tub in the master ensuite. Access to the pool area via the main living room and the master bedroom.
Sunset Lakes is an exclusive Gated Community. Community features include swimming pool, kids playground, and fishing docks off the larger lakes (quality bass and other fish).



Internet Access: Both WIFI and Wired internet access included at the house.

Free calls to anywhere in the US.

Travelling with kids?: We have a crib, playpen, highchair, stroller, booster seat and toys for kids staying at the home. Xbox for older children. Foosball game in the games room/garage.

Great house, comfortable, spacious, lovely pool and quiet location, but near to Disney.
We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.

Nice house as advertised
We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It was stocked with high quality indoor and outdoor dishes and cups. The pool area had new loungers (very nice) and table and chairs, be sure to pay the extra for pool heat. The grill was a nice addition. It could use a little screen repair on the pool enclosure. We had more than one late night noise issue with the year round neighbor next door. It was resolved quickly and amicably with a call to the property manager. We had no further issues. The fishing dock at the entrance was a great plus, caught a bass every night I fished. Don't shy away from this one as it's definitely a quality property.

Lovely property
Overall a lovely property! Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Well appointed kitchen for making meals and comfortable beds which is huge! Beautiful view. Downsides, definitely not a lot of essentials. You expect to buy groceries staying in a VRBO but you don't expect to have to fully equip a home, no extra TP, paper towels, no laundry or dish soap, No salt/pepper or even coffee. Would be useful to have some basic items. We left a LOT of stuff behind that we purchased but the home was EMPTY of those things when we arrived. Also the master shower is pathetic at best. We showered in the other bathroom the whole time just to get some pressure. The shower head needs replaced. Also, the pool is NOT heated unless requested. Wish I had read that in advance because by the time we used the pool, it was super cold. With a few extras or basics included it very well could have been a 5 star review.

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!
We absolutely LOVED staying at this rental house and will definitely book next time we go there on vacation! We loved the location & everything at this house which made for a very comfortable & relaxing stay! The only reason I gave a 4 stars is there were some places the cleaners missed cleaning such as some stuck on food still on a few utensils and a bit of garbage by the pool area which I informed the owner of such items. There needs to be mentioned what isn’t available & that one needs to get or bring which is: dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper & extra paper towels. Other than those items, everything else is provided & very much appreciated!!!

The house internally was spotlessly clean apart from the sliding doors which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, the house was beautiful with all the necessary amenities you could need. However, the was no safe and the alarm didn't work. In addition, the washing machine kept tripping, and you had to keep switching it on on the fuse box, not something I think renters should really be messing with and I think has been an ongoing issue for a while. One of the propellors on one of the fans in the garage also flew off and nearly smacked my husband in the face. The pool area could do with some maintenance. There were constantly bugs and ants in the pool even though the pool guy came, he didn't really do much. At least 7 panels of lanai have holes in and need replacing. On arrival we noted that there was a tray of grease on top of the lanai which had dripped through and was all over the pool and two of the chairs had heavily eroded. The pool deck itself was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The shaded area around the barbeque was dirty and what appeared to be rat droppings all over the floor in that area. The maintenance team responded quickly to clean up the grease etc but that was all they did. They said they would speak to the owners regarding the chairs so I said well we wont use them because they are dangerous. On the last day of us leaving we also found a rat in the pool I tried to phone the maintenance people but the office was closed.

Great Place!
We loved every minute of being at the house! It was close to everything and very comfortable. We chose to stay at a house instead of a resort this trip because we wanted some privacy for our large group and peaceful times so we could sleep when we wanted. This house was the answer! Would love to book here again!

Love this house, beautiful and comfortable!
This house was wonderful, everything was very clean and beautifully decorated, all of the rooms were very comfortable. The instructions for our stay were very clearly laid out in a binder for our convenience. The pool was wonderful and our view of the pond behind the house was very entertaining as we think we saw quite a few animals. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We had a slight issue with one of the sliding glass doors that was repaired very quickly by Andrew which we appreciated very much.

Sunset Lakes bliss
Fabulous villa in a fantastic location. To wake up and watch the wildlife every morning was a treat and to listen to the noise they made at night hilarious. We loved the space inside the villa which was well equipped and spotless on arrival. Outside the pool was great we had fun times playing with a ball. Unfortunately the lanai has a few holes so there were a lot of bugs that came in and the pool could have a lot of them in the morning. A few of the mugs in kitchen need replaced as they are leaking and could be dangerous with hot fluids. But apart from these minor things we had such a great time and would love to go back again but I know how popular this villa can be so we would need hope we are lucky with our dates.

Beautiful setting
Have stayed at this villa now for our last three visits. Absolutely beautiful setting, so peaceful and scenic. The villa is very well equipped and clean . Correspondence with the owner Andrew has always been very easy . Unfortunately dates we need for next year are not available . 😔 Will really miss the early morning sunrises sitting by the pool watching over the lake .

Perfect location and property
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean, especially the beds!!. We had all the amenities we needed to cook meals and enjoy. The pool and view were both wonderful. We had a noise issue with the neighbors malfunctioning pool pump and the property owner had it taken care of quickly and we were able to enjoy a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short, easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

A comfortable and peaceful haven
Sunset Lakes is in a great location 15-25 mins from the WDW parks, but backing on to a quiet nature reserve and lake. We saw lots of bird and fish life whilst staying. The villa is comfortable and well laid out, although as a family of people under 6', the master bed was difficult for my parents in their 70yrs to get up in to! Also, if you're coming with kids pack some sort of blackout blinds, as the front and side bedroom blinds didn't adequately block the all-night light from the street lamp and neighbour's porch. However, if returning to the Kissimmee area, we would definitely look to stay here again though, as it's such a peaceful haven to spend your down-time at.

Wildlife view was amazing.
This year we had added scenery. Deer, turkeys and alligator were displaying a lovely show. Sunrises were great! Such a wonder for us! Wouldn’t change a thing! Peaceful and close to everything. My family loves it! Hoping to stay again but such a popular place it books fast! Wish I could add pictures of the wildlife. Truly amazing!

Our first Visit back in 3 years thanks to Covid spoiling everything. and it was as good if not better than we remembered. We love the location of this Villa as it’s so easy to get everywhere from, and so many bars and restaurants close by on the 192. But the best thing is the Villa feels like a home and has a view to die for. We have only been home a day and are missing sitting out by the pool looking out over the natural lake watching the wildlife. Oh well maybe next year ( Hopefully ) Andrew is a pleasure to deal with and answers all questions straight away. Definitely give this Villa a try just not in November / December as that’s when I am going .

Fantastic villa in excellent location
Fantastic villa, views are absolutely amazing, lovely south facing sunny pool with plenty of wildlife to watch, really close to all amenities and parks. The villa is very comfortable and spacious with all you need for a fantastic holiday. Communication with villa owner great, big help as we arrived night of the hurricane Ian. Definitely recommend

Just the best Place to stay
This is my third time of staying at this villa. The first time without the kids. I cannot say how much we love staying. The villa is immaculate throughout, minutes from Disney and the various restaurants along the 192. I have had communication with the owner via VRBO and they are always quick to come back to you. On this visit I contacted the mgt company over a minor matter whilst I was staying and they were a pleasure to deal with and really made an effort to make sure everything is ok for your visit. As I said the parks are very close to hand but we equally enjoyed staying around the pool at the villa as the views are amazing. We will be back again i'm sure.

House was exactly as pictured. Very close to Disney, made my sister who always stays on property very happy. Enjoyed the pool and wildlife visitors in the pond. Bed were very comfortable. TONS of towels!! Only suggestions are the rolls of toilet paper provided were very poor quality (bring your own) and no rubber spatulas. Highly recommend, would for sure stay here again!!!

Lovely Stay in Orlando Area
The home is clean and comfortable. The view from the backyard/pool area is nice. It was fun to watch the fish jump in the pond and see the different birds. We even saw an Alligator. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had a great time.

Nice location
If your going Disney it is a very convenient spot. We did magic kingdom and golf at Disney. Oramge lakes gf was a nive local place as well. Restaurants and grocery are all pretty close. House was clean and spacious. We did not use the pool as it was cold out but was a nice patio. Lots of wildlife outback. Gated community. Felt safe. We worked and did distance learning and the internet did not fail. Lots of towels. Glassware etc. Would go again.
