Welcome to Grand Getaway at Bahama Bay, a beautiful home that sports 3 balconies for maximum outdoor enjoyment. The Bahama Bay resort is a premier location with close proximity to Orlando’s iconic theme parks and its own massive list of onsite amenities.

This home is a penthouse unit, meaning you get top floor views and a quiet stay without noise from upstairs neighbors. The living space features a large sectional, smart tv, board games, pool views and access to the first screened-in balcony. Step onto the balcony and instantly feel calm with the lush green trees swaying in the Florida breeze.

Back inside, a bright kitchen provides everything you need to whip up some delicious dishes from home. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender is available for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen counter has 2 barstools for casual dining. For more formal meals together, a gorgeous rattan dining table for 6 is steps away.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with 2 full size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The screened-in balcony offers seating for 2.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart TV, screened balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The screened balcony is spacious and hosts quaint dining furniture.

The home is in the Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks just a quick drive away: Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles).

Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse, bar, and spa! It’s easy to be active around the property with community heated pools, hot tubs, bocce ball, playground, splash pad, tennis courts, and an onsite restaurant. Steps away on the sandy shore of Lake Davenport you can lounge on the beach, play a game of volleyball, dine alfresco, and go fishing off the docks. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. Condo and Resort above Our expectations!
Beautiful condo and resort. From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, resort and condo was one of the cleanest I have seen. Both well decorated. Pool areas was clean. I loved the walking areas especially the nature walk. The beach was so cute. It is a great place for families and just couples to come to relax. Perfect location for all the theme parks and easy drive to the ocean. I highly recommend.

Great home away from home
My daughter and I stayed for four days while In town for.a soccer tournament. The condo was perfect for us. Close to her games and entertainment options. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Very nice location. Large master bedroom with 2 other very nice rooms. Heated pool and hot tun right behind location. We'd stay there again, but would recommend better locks on the door. Also little troubled that security weren't always at the gate and it would automatically open for anyone driving in when they were not there.

Everything about the place was wonderful. The only thing I would let the owners know is that the washing machine pushes itself in a circle as it's bins and makes loud screeching noises. It worked fine as we propped the dryer against it to stop it from spinning. Other than that everything else was wonderful. Thank you for a beautiful and clean place at a great price

Gorgeous property
We stayed here during our family trip to Universal Studios. It was perfect for us! There was 7 of us (my husband and I with our 5 kids under 8 years old). The property is amazing. It was so clean and pretty. The bathrooms are amazing with huge bathtubs in both. The screened balconies were so nice to sit on in the evenings. There is everything you need in the kitchen (dinnerware, cookware, extra appliances, and even plastic stuff for the kids.) There's tons of space for everyone and the pack n play and highchair were two of the main reasons we booked here. The property is so great, the amenities are incredible. The pool and beach area are great. The playground and splash pad are really nice too. The restaurant was pretty good as well with great prices. Communication with the owners was amazing and check in and out was super easy.

Mixed feelings
The property itself is beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and fully stocked. However, it is listed all over that there is supposed to be quiet time from 10 or 11 PM until the morning. That is not enforced. There is no one to monitor the area. And unfortunately, we were stuck next to a party house, and they screamed and yelled and partied and danced and smoked marijuana and drank until 5 AM both nights we were there. It’s unfortunate because I realize you can’t control who you stay next to, but if they properly managed the area and monitored the noise level as it stated on the check in material, then we would have no problem with the property. Writing this review in case another family with children decides to choose this property be mindful that there is no monitoring of the property overnight.

Perfect experience
This property is just as described. The rooms will clean and spacious. The screened in balcony was a terrific place to have breakfast. It was a quiet area, which was great - no partying or loud after hours drunk people! They leave you enough paper product to get you by, so if you have a big group - there is a grocery store very close by. It is gated - but the gate keypad is out of order. There is a peron there to make sure you are supposed to be there. The club house attendant was very rude - so we never went back to enjoy that area. The pools were clean. There were several people walking around and swimming with cups of alcohol and open cans of beer. I would really monitor that because the pool close to our place is not equipt with a life guard. Great communication with the owner. This is one place we WILL stay at again. (the traffic to Disney and Universal is horrendous - it takes about 45 minutes to and from - so be warned)

Property was very nice and comfortable for our family of 5. Conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Disney parks. Beds were comfortable and the layout was great for our family. Pictures online represented the property well. Only issue was communicating with the host. Sent multiple texts to ask about items and the property but never received a response.

Family Trip to Universal
This is our second time staying on this property. Different condo each time. But it did not disappoint. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing is this condo was privately owned so no access to gym. If that is a deal breaker be sure to find a condo that includes that.My family of 8 absolutely loved it here and plan to stay again in the future!

Bahama Bay - Amazing First Stay!!!
Our condo for our very first trip to Disney World with our two boys, and my in laws was just as pictured! We were even more amazed upon entering; as it was bigger than we anticipated for the six of us. Everything that we needed was right there; it was clean, and felt very welcoming. I loved having our own washer/dryer to keep up on laundry, and the amenities on the property were wonderful. We utilized our building’s pool, but also enjoyed the larger pool and splash pad at the clubhouse. The place made it feel as if it were our home for the week; and I would 100% stay here again! I would like to thank the owners for opening their vacation home for others to enjoy. As someone who wanted to stay away from the actual Disney resorts; this location was perfect. It was typically 20-25 minute drive to Disney with traffic as a lot of the roads are one lane so just give yourself additional time! Again, lovely stay! We enjoyed every minute of it!

Great place for anyone, so many things to offer.
This complex is awesome with so many things to do. Great for kids and families. The pools were awesome and not over crowded. This place is also close to Disney world but far enough away that is is peaceful. We met alot of great people also staying at the complex. The condo it self was very clean and nice, a little dated but over all nice. The beds where decent. The screened in patios where awesome. The two complaints i would have is we couldn't change the thermostat from 76 and the lock on the front door was a bit weird and not sure how well it really kept any one out other then the complex it self seemed really safe and friendly so didn’t worry much. Overall nice gated community

Exceeded expectations!
We are a family of 6. We had plenty of space. The hot tubs and pools were wonderful. Friendly neighbors. Close to all the attractions but far enough way it was quiet and relaxing. Felt safe being in a gated community. Great customer service when our pin to get in didn’t work and it was resolved in less than a minute. We hope to come back and stay again!

Nice but not really close to parks
This was a nice condo, but was listed as 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It's really 2 bathrooms. That's been corrected on the listing but was a disappointment for us. Traffic makes the travel to parks longer than we planned, but overall this is a good place for a family and definitely easier on the budget than Disney properties. Everything you need and clean!
