Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo near all major theme parks. Completely renovated, new furniture, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; this condo offers all you need to have an amazing time with your family and/or friends. It also boast a high chair and pack and play for you little one. You will not regret staying in this unit!!
The house offers you a well-stocked kitchen with: a toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, crock-pot, iron, and iron board as well as plates, cups, mugs and so much more!

** It's very open, fresh and comfortable.

** Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit, as well as the removal or cover of the smoke detector. A fine of $250 will be charge is this is detected within the walls of the unit.

** Please be advised, due to high allergic reaction to dogs or cats, unfortunately I cannot accommodate any service or emotional support animal in this unit.

** Due to insurance and compliance purposes, only the number of guests stated in the reservation will be permitted in the house. No visitors can stay in the unit. Any violation on this rule may result in a cancellation with no refund.

** Please be advised, you can place order online, however make sure your parcels are delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL to the door. Since these community is strictly Vacations homes, there are no mail boxes available, and we are not to be held responsible if any package is misplace or lost. Thanks for your cooperation!!
