Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Comfortable but house could use some attention
We found our stay to be very comfortable and communication with host to be very prompt and very friendly. The house was clean w a few exceptions: the *dishwasher (we opted to handwash dishes ). There wasn't any *hot water in the kitchen sink, the sink stopper in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the bed downstairs needs to be cleaned between the mattress and frame (lots of crumbs ? ) the washing machine kept beeping at crazy hours in the night and I think one of the settings (soak) is broken . Bathmats would be helpful, the TV setup in the bedrooms is a bit unappealing, the cable boxes are balanced on top of the TVs . The decorative pillows in the bedrooms were soiled, the decorative Micky mouse on the bed was soiled ( having these items on the clean linens was unappealing).* Mop for drying the floor was very gross (at first we couldn't find it so a replacement was requested. * these items were reported and someone responded promptly . The clubhouse was very pretty. The toddler pool was freezing (but I have yet to find a kiddie pool that isnt cold)

It was very clean and my family had a great vacation. We had two small dogs with us and when we usually stay at a place that allows dogs, it has the usual animal smell to it. This place did not! The communication was excellent and if I had any questions or concerns they were answered immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was lovely Good clean comfortable space for a big family,Great location 20-30 mins to everything, the clubhouse was so nice. I would stay there again. Some minor things that would’ve made it better is if the dishwasher didn’t work, didn’t have any big pots and only 1 baking sheet. baking pans would be nice and more serving spoons pizza cutter. (Didn’t have a spatula or measuring cups I purchased them and left for the next visitor. Limited towels can be inconvenient but I was able to wash and dry them. definitely need more pool towels newer matching ones would be nice for a house that sleeps 12.

My family had a great stay. We went to Lego Land and Disney. The property was in a great location for both. Surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants that were not overcrowded. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but the response time was great. I would recommend.

The property was clean and comfortable. There were minor things like the tv remotes not working in a couple rooms, there were a few ants in the master bathroom (not sure where they came from). Other than that the house was great. The property manager was very receptive and quick to respond. The amenity center has a lot to offer. It would be smart to stop at a grocery store before getting to the property, because the stores/restaurants are a good distance away. The pool felt amazing! All and all we enjoyed our stay and would book again. I recommend!

The house was great. Clean and cute. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The community is fantastic, all four teens enjoyed their time at the pool and arcade. Master bed is really comfortable. Backyard pool was nice and convenient. Overall great experience.

Beautiful new house
We were notified approximately five weeks before our stay that the house we rented was under repair. They switched us to another house that was newly constructed. The house was beautifully decorated. and It was immaculately clean. The property manager responded very promptly when we notified them that there wasn’t a garbage container in the kitchen. My only complaint is that we weren’t advised that the whole area was under construction with new houses being built directly behind us. It was a bit noisy but the quality of the house made up for the inconvenience.

The property is nice. It's pretty clean. 30 min. from anything Orlando. I wish they provided more towels, but they did give us a heads up that there would only be 1 per person. Our unit did not have a hot tub, which was a surprise since its advertised that it does. The amenities with the club are very nice.

My husband and I achieved our goal of relaxing while our teens enjoyed the pool and the Oasis Clubhouse. Love, love, LOVED that the master bed upstairs reclines for easy TV viewing. Suggestion: Add dressers in bedrooms or luggage racks. (Not a deal breaker, but nice to have when staying for more than a few days). Will recommend and book again! Thank u

The house was beautiful but there was ants in the master bedroom and master bath, also they didn’t pick up trash everyday I had to call them to let them know that the trash was overflowing. They did not have enough pots and pans for a big family to be able to cook enough food. But overall the house was the way it looks in the pictures and I did enjoy my stay.

Needs some of the basics, but had a great stay.
We had a great time. I don’t have any major complaints. It was very clean on the surface, but could definitely use a deep clean. It was a nice place, but definitely smaller kitchen/dining/family room area than represented by the pictures. This was not a problem, just didn’t quite match the expectations of the pictures. They didn’t quite have the kitchen stocked up like I have experienced at other places (Need a decent set of pots, pans, and skillets. We also only had two garbage bags, and I requested more and never heard back. It was nice that all of the TVs had Netflix loaded on them. All-in-all the things I mentioned were rather small issues. We had a great vacation and a great time in the home.
