Visiting College Kid
Came to the area to stay a week and visit our son attending Full Sail University. This place was within 10 minutes of our son's apartment. It has all the amenities of home and a good place to work remotely. We will definitely be coming back!

Cute Gem
Super cute and comfortable property. We traveled to Orlando for medical care so we used it as recuperating location. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have a private outdoor space when I booked. This small house is divided into 2 rentals and the other half has the outdoor space. It’s on the reasons we went VRBO over hotel. That was a little disappointing. I should have asked. The only other improvement I would recommend is neither bedroom has a TV. That would have n been good for me. Overall adorable place and well kept.

Perfect House near Winter Park
We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend and enjoyed it very much. It’s close to restaurants and shopping, so very convenient for anything you would need. The property itself is very nicely done and and has plenty of room for extra guests. The owners were also great with communication and accommodations!

Nicely upgraded & very clean
Entire interior of home is beautifully appointed with a modern Parisian flare. Extremely clean. Upgraded kitchen and very nice upgraded modern bathroom with large multi-head shower and dual sink. Exterior is very plain, but inside is big surprise. Neighborhood feels like it is rising in popularity and property care. Very convenient to some cool new restaurants as well as getting to Winter Park scene.

Bright, modern property in an excellent location!
I was here for a week with my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great - close to Lake Baldwin, an easy drive to Winter Park and there are interesting parks, shops and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe....I love to walk so I explored 2-3 miles by foot almost daily and there wasn't anyplace where I didn't feel safe. The property itself was very clean. The interior is bright and modern and I like the sleek, uncluttered look. Plenty of everything was on hand and available: towels, pots and pans, dishes, linens, etc. Antoinette has thought of everything. This place exceeded our expectations!

Convenient to downtown and Winter Park. Sofa and bed were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and has nice appliances. Place was really clean. Only TV was an antenna and our own streaming. Would have been nice to have a grill and rug in the living area. Quiet street except for sirens and aircraft noise.

Perfect holiday
We choices this property for it’s close paroxysm to my parent’s condo in Baldwin Park; it turned out to be the perfect place. The pictures on the web site are accurate, and every room was spacious, the kitchen lacked for nothing. We could not find fishy’s with the property or our stay and will book in the future and highly recommend it. Thank you, Antoinette, for making our holiday perfect.
