Weekend Retreat

My nonprofit board stayed here for a weekend board retreat. It was perfect for pur needs. Spaces to break into small groups but also enough space in the dining room for everyone to work together comfortably. The host was super helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Memorial Day, Family Reunion

We had a group 15 adults and 3 teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. It looked like the pictures on line. The host is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely rent the house again.

GKTW volunteers

We rented this home for a group of 20 adults while we volunteered at Give Kids The World for the week. Nice home and a great location for what we needed. The Host was very responsive to our needs and maintenance issues that came up.

Birthday Celebration

Our stay was amazing, we really enjoy the property. We celebrated with family a 70th birthday. The house was just as it stated on the website. It was very clean and we had no problems with anything. Very roomy, we had 25 people and everyone enjoy the house. If we ever have another celebration we would consider this house above everything else. A big Thank You to Parmi

Nice Home for a Week's Stay

This property is nicely sized for a large group. Our group was a little over 20, and we were all comfortable in the space. We didn't feel crowded and enjoyed the time. The Bella Vista space is very nice, and it was not a long drive to any of the things we wanted to do while in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. The thing that stood out the most for us was the communication with the property manager. Checked in with us during our stay, and even let us check in a little before the time as the property was ready for us. Great space, great neighborhood, great property manager. I would recommend anyone to have a stay here.
