This brand new home and decorated with designer and high-end quality furniture and decorations, with soothing and cozy choice of colors. It was totally inspired on the contemporary moment of nowadays.


Experience this magnificent sensation of staying at a home exceptionally comfortable that reminisce special places. Enjoy all the magical treasured places from Great Orlando.


Located in the award-winning Sonoma Resort, the house has a 24h gate keeper, being a gated community. There's a Club House and gym fully equipped, by the fantastic community beach-like pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls.


All around the resort, you can go riding a bike or walk on the cycle path, seeing the beautiful natural and artificial lakes, followed by various birds and nature around, as it is located on the beginning of Shingle Creek, headwaters of the Everglades. Also located only 15 minutes away from Disney World parks and 30 minutes away from Universal Parks.

The home has amazing 3382 sqft (380m2), built with all the care and concept, with six bedrooms, two of which being master suites. All the bedrooms have its personal bathroom and are equipped with their own TV’s.


Also, there could not miss the children’s room, totally decorated Disney-themed.


The house offers a downstairs master bedroom and one master bedroom upstairs. Four more bedrooms with private bathroom are available as well. All of them are located closely to the laundry room to facilitate the service with linen cloth and towels.


It counts too with a home theater room to join the family and friends on a magical experience of the movies, equipped with a flat-screen 60” HD TV, mini kitchen, mini bar and microwave, where you can relax and have your popcorn ready after a long day at the parks.


There is also a lovely gourmet kitchen, fully integrated with the dining room and living room, which counts with a 60” HD TV and two gigantic glass sliding doors that gives access to a huge patio, where you can have a great barbecue to gather family and friends, while having a relaxed time by the heated private pool and spa.
Our private pools can be heated upon request (U$40.00 per day, 3 days minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance). There's no extra charge to use the BBQ Grill, however the propane is not included).

Just needed lights at pool area . Couldn’t see in pool once it got dark

Overall great stay and great time with family and friends. Could use more comfortable mattresses to some of the beds, but we all survived. Would definitely stay here at this property again.
