Excellent Stay for Disney!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, Mary and her husband were so incredibly helpful and tentative while we were there, it is so close to Disney and Old Town, the condo also had wonderful amenities, pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, it was amazing.

Spring Break Vaca

This condo was a great place to stay for a Spring Break vacation for my family of 7. My parents were able to have their privacy with the bedroom downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs. The pool was amazing! It was also super close to all the attractions we were going to. The condo itself was clean and the host was very kind and organized! I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the entire experience except the deceptive advertising at the restaurant on the pizza specialday, Thursday, with added fees that the clueless server couldn't explain. Just won't order there again on our next visit.Everything else was perfect!

Spotlessly clean and great location

House was perfect for us, clean, good size, great location for Disney and the pool resort pool area was lovely. Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with loads of helpful information. House is a little dated but I think that's true of lots of rental properties in Orlando. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family vacation

This property was great for a family vacation. We stayed here with my parents and our toddler. Location is perfect- only 13 mins away from Disney world. Mary was a great host - she provided a lot of info in advance, including places to eat, things to do, etc. The place itself is a great layout, with one king bed w/ ensuite on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The extras - high chair, stroller, pack n play worked out well and saved us from lugging out through the airport. Pool was nice and warm and was great to use in between our days at Disney. There is a great walking area (Old Town) near by that has a closed off main street with shops and carnival style rides. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo Right Near Disney!

Super clean condo with tons of space. My friend and I met in Orlando to bring our children to Disney for the week. The condo had everything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for a few families. The pool was very nice and great for small children. The drive to Disney was fast. We even came back to the condo mid day to let the kids rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Family - Ladies get-a-way!!!

Recently we: my sister, mother and aunt, spent five nights here as a family get-a-way and place to stay while my nephew had a competition in town. It worked out perfectly for us!!! We loved the location...close to everything, but away from the crazy. We were able to cook for ourselves some and yet enjoy meals out too. The pool was beautiful, clean and warm. It fit our needs to the T!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Mary's place was nice.

Large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. 3 1/2 baths was nice. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Tile floors nice but laden with chip marks. Air temperature was nice but we were unable to control it.

I can write several paragraphs but instead I'll say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I had a some concerns so I contacted the host and she came the very next morning and addressed all my issues. Even on NEW YEAR DAY!!!!! Will recommend and will rent again. It's also close to Old Town if you just and to hang out with kiddo's and have grown up time also..

Townhouse for Disney

The location is perfect, price is great - as the reviews stated the townhouse is very basic in furnishings; this was fine with us,we spent all of our time in the parks. Mom & 4 children in their 20's, there was plenty of room for everyone. There were a few complaints, one of the front bedrooms is missing several of the vertical blinds so lights showered in throughout the night, and there seemed to be some outlets that did not work - everyone charging everything each night was a bit of a juggle. Overall I would say it's just as described and the owners were fantastic keeping us well informed.

Not bad but needs a few fixes

We had a few issues during our stay (dryer not working and AC went out)- both were dealt with in a timely fashion. Mary was very quick to respond. But the place was not super clean when we got there- hair on bathroom floor, dirty kitchen (including dirty silverware and coffee pot)- also the towels smelled funny- like when they get left in the washer and not dried right away. (Perhaps because the dryer wasn’t working?)The beds are reasonably comfortable but not a decent pillow to be found. The neighborhood was close to attractions and the community pool area is great. Would consider staying again but in a different unit.

Perfect!

What an excellent week we have had in Orlando, made all the more wonderful by this perfectly located home. Restaurants, shops, bars, entertainment were all on the doorstep...but most of all, the major theme parks were only minutes away. The house was immaculately clean and very well equipped. All the furnishings were modern and it had a great homely feel. It didnt feel like a holiday rental at all. We only got chance to use the pool area once in our busy schedule, but the boys raved on the lazy river and it was lovely and warm and a great place to relax. Mary, the owner, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has gone out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed before we got there and helped us out with questions when we got there. Nothing has been too much trouble. We would most definitely recommend this accommodation. What a little gem we have found for future visits. It made the 30 hour trip from Australia worth it! Perfect

There are so many wonderful things to say that I do not know where to start. Mary, our hostess, was amazing! She supplied detailed information and was always available for any questions. The condo was perfect for all of our needs. We were totally happy with our stay. The icing on top was the pool, slides, and vicinity to Fun Spot and Old Town. My grandchildren were in heaven. It was a short walk to Fun Spot and they walked there at least 2 times a day. We could not have had a more perfect location and condo. Thank you.
