Spacious and comfortable Villa. Ideal for family holidays and/or long term rent. Personal swimming pool, can be heated if requested prior to your travel.

Great location. This is a fully air-conditioned Villa within the quiet sub-division of Bass Lake estates. Situated just off the "US 192". A short drive from the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios and water parks.

Short walk From Wal-Mart, outdoor miniature Golf, local restaurants, nature trails and lakes (with crocodiles, yikes!!).

Disney is approximately 15-20 minutes away, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Sea World 20 minutes with the Atlantic beaches are around 1 hour away.

Wal Mart, Mini Golf, Fast Food and Tickets to attractions are close to the villa.

Had a very enjoyable stay at your house.perfect location, lovely neighborhood. The house is very roomy and the pool is an added attraction. The pool deck could do with a power wash, and the grout in the bathrooms need a good scrubbing. Shower curtain liners showed some mold, suggest replacing them a couple of times a year.

Everything was great. Missing a few of the basic cleaning products ( toilet bowl brush etc ) we kept the area clean and also cleaned the garage and BBQ A very nice home

The process to rent, to enter and to leave was very easy. Excellent location, very comfortable and with a private pool. We had a great time. We definitely stay at this property again and recommend it.

Great home in great location
Lovely , older home ( photos donā€™t do it justice). Lots of space , 3 adults lived comfortably . The outside pool door alarm is very frustrating and weather was very chilly for a few days ā€¦ should of got pool heatedā€¦ hindsight is always great! TVs could do with being modernisedā€¦ being from uk the system gets a bit confusing. Walmart is definitely a short walk away and that was very handy. All the parks are within 1/2 hour so that was amazing too.

Lovely property have stayed here on a number of occasions and always had a great time. The owner is very adaptable to needs and will meet them if possible. I would recommend this villa especially if not driving as it is only a 10 minute walk to a large Walmart, an Aldi and a number of eateries. Pool is a nice size for a family group

Great house for a family trip
Overall itā€™s exactly what weā€™re looking. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. And has the basic ammenities needed. The street was quiet and the area felt very safe. Furniture was all well Maintained with comfortable beds. TVs are small and the living room tv is going slowly. But tonnes of channels To choose from if youā€™re looking to just chill. This wasnā€™t a big deal for us as we were in Florida to tour and go to parks. But it was nice to watch a little TV in the evening when we got home The pool person came regularly and the pool was a lot of fun for our child. We didnā€™t have the heat on. But in hind sight I would have. The days the pool felt great. In the Evening it was cool. So if you are going Oct on I would recommend adding it on for sure. Location was good for Disney we were there in under 20 every day. Universal a bit further. But we knew that going in. The worldā€™s busiest Walmart is conveniently around the corner (go early day to avoid the crowds) and there are plenty of places to go out for dinner in close proximity. A couple blocks away there are a few themed dinner places also. The only complaint we had was the house could really use a deep clean. I think the cleaners are in and out in less than an hour not taking care in the corners/wiping walls and door handles and ceiling fans. We would stay again if the house had a little more care in the cleaning department.

Great house with responsive host
This was a nice house in a great neighborhood. It was clean & well furnished. The sliding door out to the pool has an alarm on it, that we were not familiar with, so that caught us off guard right away. It was 1/2 hr to Universal with some pretty heavy traffic most of the time, but it was doable. Overall, it was a GREAT stay!!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood and conveniently located to parks,shows,restaurants and shopping. And about an hour from the airport. You should know there is a door alarm on sliding glass door to pool. You have to push button on right side of the door inside and out to pause it. TVs are small and there are only two. The garage door is manual. None of these things hindered our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
