“Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen! Erst waren wir skeptisch ob der fehlenden Rezeption, aber das hat sich schnell gelegt. Einen Link zu einer Website, über die wir die Haustür und unsere Zimmertür öffnen können, wurde uns allerdings erst nach 15 Uhr zugesandt. Das Hotel scheint ziemlich neu zu sein. Das Zimmer war in einem makellosen Zustand und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr nützlich war auch die Kliamanlage, die bei fast 40° Außentemperatur eine wahre Wohltat war. Das Frühstück……

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. “We booked this Mercure in Orleans as it had a swimming pool in summer. We arrived to find that the swimming pool was closed, very disappointed. “This was a disastrous booking. Misrepresentations regarding amenities and accessibility, poorly handled broken air conditioning in high temps, and physical safety was put at risk by the property manager. There are many more problems but that should suffice for this review. Coordination in English was also poor and phone reps are not empowered by management, so problems were impossible to resolve. Absolutely do not book any property by this company, I certainly will not again.”
