“It’s an old property with stairs and no way to carry your luggage but by lifting yourself. It’s okay we are hikers and able to carry our luggage but people with heart conditions will surely have issues accessing the stairs to reach the property and the villa we booked is just one room facing the lake at 3rd floor with old doors and bathroom is outside so is the kitchen. People are friendly till you reach the property and after that you are on your own 😊”

“Better in person and Claudia is very nice and helpful. Worth it all”

“Fabulous location right on the main corso. Room was clean and comfortable and would highly recommend. ”

“Excellent apartment with beautiful view of the lake. Great communication with the host.”

“The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. The balconies were an added bonus.”

“Perfect location for easy access to everything in Varenna. Nearby to delicious restaurants and charming views. The owner was easy to communicate with and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had no complains. It was a very positive experience.”

“Great House with a beautiful garden and just a couple footsteps away from the lake. Highly recommend!”
