“This is a lovely place and Becky is a terrific host. The sofa bed is tricky so be sure to read the instructions and then go slowly and gently. It looks like a great location but we were so busy we didn’t have time to explore. ”

Parking was easy at firat gets harder to find close parking on the weekend so keep that in mind you may need to walk a couple blocks. Location is convenient to a fantastic market and exceptional restaurants ”

“This place is wonderful and felt like home during my 1 month stay! There is plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bedroom gets plenty of light and has blackout curtains. The area is really safe and there are plenty of good restaurants a quick walk away by PSU. I loved running along the river which is a few blocks east. Gary (Girish) was a great host and very communicative and helpful. He met me when I checked in and help show me everything I needed. “There were a few things left behind by the last guests, but overall very clean, and felt very hygienic. Linens were all nice and clean. Cool view, great accessible location to lots of great coffee shops, and felt safe. Fan was super loud in the living room but otherwise no surprises on the property. ”

“This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.”
