We so appreciate the craftsmanship, the tasteful decorations and the attention to detail (hello, electric tea kettle!) The well-cared-for gardens and vibrant (and vocal) birdlife made us feel like we were in a true island paradise. "

Etc.It was a nice easy and short walk to the lovely beach.Communication with Bill went well.. very responsive..Some of used the outdoor shower, and we found it delightful. Also, it was a short drive to some fun and interesting places like Princeville, Hanelei, Kilauea Lighthouse and the Liamahuli Gardens."

"Anini beach was the perfect location for our family’s Kauai vacation, and the house and guesthouse was the perfect accommodation. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the grounds are lush and green, everything you’d expect from the garden isle. We particularly loved the citrus grove and fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings. The beach is accessible directly across the street for swimming, snorkeling, and lengthy beach walks. I just wish I had brought my standup paddle board! The only thing wrong with this house is that we couldn’t stay longer. I would definitely come back again :)"

"The house was spacious and worked out perfect for our family. the view of the beach was spectacular. We spent many days snorkeling fishing and playing in the surf. Most of the beach goers were local and the beach was not crowded.Joe was attentive and accommodating to our needs."
