"Very nice camp experience. Clean and comfortable. Shared toilets and shower just down the slope are also clean. This area of the camp was very quiet and the secluded fire pit was great at night. We stayed 1 night and it was a very easy arrival and depart."

"If 10 stars were an option I’d leave it! Communication was amazing as we were visiting during a tropical storm, and they provided us with everything we needed last minute! Bed was comfy, charm of the decor was fun, and the bathtub was cozy! Will definitely be back if we come to the area! Cannot say enough good things!"

Our room was oustanding, roomy perfect. Breakfast excellent with so many choices. Front desk amazing. Our only hitch was housekeeping. We expected 1 visit during stay which we didnt get, but we just requested towels/tp and were fine. Hallways had debris/pool area needs a little tlc, BUT great visit would definitely rebook.

There are a few things,
On Sundays there's no food from restraunt very limited.
There was issue with extending my stay that someone else was able to grab the room number I was extending in from internet and held my room number it was an all day event just to get my keys made and checked back into the same room that all my stuff was in, the assistant manager Ann hadto go look and make surethat was my room it was such a mess.
I appreciate Ann.

The room was clean and even though it's by an airport it was extremely quite and the bed was comfortable so we slept good. We were provided with great customer service and delicious breakfast! I would definitely stay again if in the area again!

The only complaint we have is of the pools cleanliness, it had a lot of dead bees inside and when we say a lot we mean A LOT. It also had what looked like dead mosquitoes and tree residue.

The only reason I didn't give the best rating for service was because the door on the side of the hotel really didn't work right and it jammed my finger pretty bad. When I told the girl at the front desk she said "yeah, it happens". That was a bummer of a response. Not, wow, sorry, can I get you ice? Or, I will have someone...

All was superb until 10:30 pm, when the new guests on the room above us checked in/arrived. Children running stomping and yelling into the wee hours. Just to wake us up again at 7 am. They didnt seemed to be supervised, maybe lack of. Just a suggestion, please put family with children on bottom rooms.
