“Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready. The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room). When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions. I would never stay……

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Great location, close to two subway lines and many attractions to walk to as well. There were a couple of small things wrong with our room (the door to the balcony wouldn’t open, and the thermostat wasn’t properly attached to the wall) but we told the about it and they addressed it immediately. The room wasn’t huge but that’s New York. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked very well. We would come again.”

“早機到。詢問能否提早入住時其中一位前台態度很差。 酒店那幾天有大型會議。非常擁擠。乘電梯要等10分鐘。 寄了快遞請酒店代收。包裹不知所終。員工也一直推卸責任。直到我退房那一天才找到但對我來說已經太晚了。”
