I called Eau Palm before making a reservation and made it very clear that due to medical issues, housekeeping could not come into our room and clean. Upon check-in, I again reiterated the importance of this. I disinfected everything in the room, we went down to the pool for the afternoon, came back to our room and housekeeping was coming out of our room after cleaning it. I called the front desk and told him what happened and they said that a manager would get in touch with me, which never happened. I re-disinfected our room for another hour and called the front desk the next morning asking for a manager. They said one would get in touch with me and they would be giving us a later check out. We went back down to the pool and when we came up, they had unprogrammed our keys to get back into our room. I went down to the front desk and because it was Friday, had to wait in line just to get our keys reprogrammed so we can get back in our room and get our things to leave. I again told a lady at the desk nobody from management had ever reached out to us with regards to this serious health mistake regarding my compromised immune system and still 2 days later have not heard anything. Very nice resort, great food, pool service and amenities but management showed very little concern for such a serious mistake.
