"I really loved the appearance of eveything. It,s like being in a themapark of disney. The eye for detail is amazing. The tropical look is also very nice. The vew at the Arenal volcano is impressive. We arrived in the afternoon when it was raining. The volcano disappeared completely. The next morning the sky cleared and was completely blue and sunny. We hiked up to the viewing point. And the sights were amazing. The hike.is like 2 kms up and you do need at least some sort off physical stamina,because there are oarts of the road which are quite steep. Breakfast is great and staff very friendly and helpfull. The combination of hotsprings ans normal."cold" water is great.Will certainly como back again."

"This is the 2nd time I say there andI love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is amazing and the thermal pool area is like an oasis. Definitely recommend to stay here you’ll love it. Oh and the view of the volcano is beautiful!"

"We had the most incredible stay here. What made the stay so enjoyable was not the impeccable food or beautiful rooms, but the friendly, accommodating staff! We felt so pampered with no detail overlooked and the best service we’ve ever had. My husband and I have travelled the world and this was by far the most incredible service we’ve ever experienced. "The property is very close to the volcano El Arenal, has beautiful views and the staff is great. It is somewhat rustic, but very clean. There is food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The thermal baths are rustic, but very natural and there are three different temperatures. You are close to town, but not walkable. They have tours that will pick you up and the is an Avis car rental place with excellent service. It is best to fly from San José and rent the car in town. Will save you hours of driving unfamiliar roads."
