“Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. The top linen on the beds was dusty. I thoroughly cleaned everything before I let my kids walk around and start using the home. There...

“I enjoyed our stay here. I loved the pool and seating around it. Inside was nice. Lots of tiki souvenirs. I loved the location a lot. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We went to the Cruel world festival at the Rose bowl. It took us just 15 minutes to drive back ! Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“My stay at Expansive Mountain Gem was overall pleasant, comfortable, and met my expectations. The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. While this didn't affect the stay directly, it’s something to be aware...

“Lovely cottage, with lots of fun artwork throughout the space. The patio was a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Neighborhood is lovely and peaceful - near a library and there are several mini-free library boxes on nearby streets. The owners were kind enough to share some of their Bantam chicken eggs, too.”

“Nice quiet getaway place. The place was very clean. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The interior decor was aesthetically pleasing. Me and my partner will be coming back to this place when we travel to LA. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi hot tub provided that added comfort after a long day out.
