Thermostat cannot be lowered below 70 degrees.
The AC system is controlled with sensors on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Nothing could beat the view from this condo. Modern and clean. Very much enjoyed this unit. Elevators are slow so plan for waiting time.

Great Condo!
This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, cozy and amazing view from the 19th floor. Our son loved the bunk bed and having his own bathroom. The master suite was a great size and so neat to wake up to floor to celling views of the gulf! Bonus was the direct access to the beach! No loading and unloading everything into the car every time we wanted to go to the beach.

Very nice condo
Nice place, but construction of roadways was awful trying to get in parking garage. Elevators were fast as long as you didn’t use them when everyone else was using them. The view from the balcony was beautiful, saw dolphins and jellyfish , but at night all we smelled was people smoking cigarettes and other illegal substances.

Home away from home!
This was our 1st time staying at Tidewater Resort and we couldn't have been happier! The condo was one of the best (maybe even the best) we've ever stayed in! It was very spacious, very clean and decorated just perfect for spending time at the beach. The condo was steps away from the ocean and the beach was not crowded at all. Every morning and evening we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves rolling in. It was the perfect vacation spot to rest and relax! This will definitely be a place we return to!

Everything was great. I missed the email that was sent for check in and i had to call on a Sunday and they answered and were so helpful and nice. The condo was clean, the view was excellent. There were some bad things said about the elevators and taking a while but we didn't really have any issues. Everyone on property were very nice and helpful. Loved having the little shop on site for coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay again!

The room was great!! The owners really go all out to be sure you and your family enjoy your stay. There were many board games to play and beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. The room was perfect! The tidewater elevators though, not so perfect. Very long elevator waits.

We LOVED the condo!!! It was spotless & decorated so cute. Everything had been updated & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools, tiki bar & Roman spa. It was conveniently located close to pier park & had a grocery store nearby. We will definitely stay with you again. Thank you!

Nice condo but I don’t enjoy the security process
This condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean, and they even had extra beach chairs and umbrellas to use since the condo didn’t come with beach service. I spoke to a Caitlin on the phone and she was a huge help because we accidentally booked for the wrong days. Her customer service was awesome and she even called back to make sure everything worked out. My only hang up about this location is the security. When you walk into the building, there is a front desk with a check in process. You must wear wristbands to get into the part of the building where the elevators are. We had a late check in so a security guard checked us in, and he only had 3 wristbands even though our confirmation was definitely for 5. He also insisted we had 1906, and once I showed him my confirmation, he asked me to go up to 1906 and try the door code anyway. This part made me uncomfortable because he was trying really hard to separate me from my younger sisters, and we all felt very unsafe. Once that was settled, we didn’t have any more problems with the room. I went to the actual desk staff the next morning to get the 2 wristbands we were missing and they seemed confused but did give them to us. I’ve rented many condos in the PCB area over the years and this was the first time I ever stayed somewhere that had such intense security measures. I prefer to stay places that just give you the door code and you go about your day. It’s still a beautiful unit with a great view!

This condo was just as pictured. Several reviews talked about elevator issues, one time we waited 20 minutes; otherwise, the elevator was there within 1 to 3 minutes every time. We were on the 19th floor also.

Stayed here June 10-12, 2022. This is a terrible place
The elevators only worked half the time. Waited up to an hour. Got stuck in one elevator. Had to take the stairs 90% of the time. When we got to the room the tv was broken. Looked like someone shot a bullet in the corner. We assumed it was already reported when we got there. We’ll guess what, they are charging me for damages that me nor my family are responsible for. We tried to call about the air and tv but no one answered. Which is quiet ridiculous. The air is also terrible. It’s set on a timer and set to certain air temps that can’t be changed. I would not recommend staying at this building or using Fourstar for booking anything .

The property was exactly as pictured. Loved the coastal beach’s vibe. The unit was very clean. The couch was new and the mattress was very comfortable. The bunk area was decorated really cute with a whale theme. I am sure littles would love it. My negative would be the pans need replaced.

Great Vacation
My family and I loved this condo, everything was clean and as described when we arrived. Only had 1 hiccup with communication. As I was looking for places to book, I noticed that other listings had resort fees listed in their descriptions. Since I was booking a resort, and didn’t see anything about additional fees, I called the management company to confirm. I spoke to a lady who told me resort fees were included with my rental and to just follow instructions on my agreement to get arm bands needed to be on resort property during my stay. I followed those directions only to find out I did have to pay a fee. So I called the management office back to clarify one more time and this time spoke to a gentleman who apologized for the confusion and confirmed I did in fact need to pay the resort fee. The fee was only $35, and not a big deal, I was mostly frustrated with the communication gaps. Aside from that initial issue, the condo is great, my family of 5 and I had a great time. The beds are comfortable, spaces were clean, and kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and all eating utensils. The resort itself is very busy and elevator wait times can be up to 30 minutes to an hour on check in/out days. But that is to be expected at a large resort like this. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking forward to booking again in the future.
