When exiting the Origin Beach Report property, turn right into westbound Front Beach Road, and then another right turn just past the first blacktop lot. DO NOT park in this first lot, as it belongs to Sharky’s and your vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Please park in the first section of the second lot, in a space depicted by the yellow lines.

much nicer than pictures. Plenty of space. Oceanview from bedroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Easy process checking in. David was a pleasure to work with. Loved the beautiful chandelior. Was just my husband and I. Easily could accommodate 4. Could do 6, but I like having my own space. The Origin has swimming pool on 4th floor. All employees are very nice. Would definitly recommend.

we enjoyed our stay so much! I feel like the pictures do not do this place Justice, it was so much better in person! David was amazing at communicating with us on checking in and checking out. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo itself was so clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back when we go back to PCB.

First I was sent a message days before my trip telling me my trip was cancelled and I wasn’t entitled to a refund. After an hour on phone finally I proved I paid in full and the situation was resolved. Very frustrating and stressful. The day I arrive to check in . Host sent me a message that said welcome here’s your key code . I put that code in and it doesn’t work. I call and talk to Vrbo and they can’t reach my host. I’m on phone for 4.5 hrs never able to get in condo. Or able to contact host. Vrbo offers to comp a room for the night and said I was entitled for a full refund. After spending the night in this dump of a hotel , host contacted s me and tells me I put in wrong number . I tell him I put in what you gave me. He said the number I was using was for door inside. Well that number is the only number I was given. He continued to insult my intelligence that I was the one in wrong and that he was a 100% in the right he did nothing wrong. I was also lied to and told that the condo was on the beach . It was not . It was across ss the street and no real access to beach accept through a restaurant bar across the road. My first day was a complete loss and the second day was started arguing when the host and he was unwilling to make anything right with me. I received no refund . Not even for the day we were stranded with no where to go and our kids in the sun for five hours because host still was not answering his phone. Just a terrible experience .

Location and property were great. Only complaint is kitchen pans, glasses and utensils need to be updated and replaced. We had to buy a spatula and skillet to cook breakfast. Unit had one skillet and no spatula. I would put more than two chairs on balcony. That said, place was nice and we would book again

The hotel itself was clean and nicely updated the workers were friendly and polite. The heated pool was a big hit for the whole family! Our room was perfectly clean, plenty of space, great location with Sharkys being right across the street food is amazing! The state park is a great place for families to visit if you have little ones there is an area with very shallow water and a rock wall blocking any big waves from coming to shore. Perfect spot for the kids to have fun and parents can relax knowing the water is safe! We also found a ton of awesome shells at the beach area in the state park! My only complaint was the owner of the room we stayed in said we put a massive dent in the floor. The dent looked like someone had to of dropped a heavy brick or something very very heavy. We packed clothes/shower and beach stuff. Nothing we brought with us was heavy at all or could of caused a dent in the floor! We were only really in the room to sleep and shower as it was our first time to Florida and we spent everyday out exploring/shopping or on the beach!

The host was quick to respond to questions or concerns! Every room has a view of the ocean!!! Loved it!!! The Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed in the master bedroom was amazing as I did not have the usual pain in my neck or back!! I am definitely looking to reserve the Condo again!!! Disregard the access instructions in the listing as it is wrong. You have to contact the host directly for access code(s). Our stay was perfect and could not have found a better Condo that was convenient to everything and had awesome views of the ocean! You will not be disappointed!!

The property has an amazing view out of the living room and main room, so you'll wake up and have the bright green waters of the gulf illuminating your room. The description of the property is a little off, they do not provide beach chairs, umbrellas, or towels so pack accordingly or be prepared to pay for some when you arrive. Otherwise, the property is very spacious, located in the center of a lot of popular restaurants and attractions. We went to couple of beaches around us and the one right across the property has been one of the best ones. Parking is ample as long as you don't arrive late, otherwise, you'll find yourself walking a lot to get to an elevator. Great place to stay, the property manager is very communicative and easy to contact. Great stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. The pool was really nice and the beach was super easy to walk to. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room. If you are a light sleeper the A/C in the master suite does make a squealing noise when it is on. That was the only thing that bothered me.

Great week at the beach!
Room was great. Very nice, clean and spacious. Mr. Ye was very responsive and friendly. Our only issue was the hotel itself.. where it’s located.. if you’re are wanting a relaxing trip stay on Thomas drive. Being right next to pier park, you can’t even get out of the parking lot.. the parking garage is always packed.. we were told not to leave if we wanted to keep a parking spot.. the spaces were so close other vehicles wouldn’t have a choice, but to ding your car.. Overflow parking lot was always full with customers from sharkys, or ppl going to the beach.. the pool is nice.. except for security…. You can’t even sit and enjoy without her arguing with someone every 5mins.. wether it be about a wrist band or someone that looks under 12 in the hot tub… This lady patrols the pool and parking garage leaving tickets and notes for ppl. All day… I have a hard time wearing anything on my wrist so I tied the wrist band on my bathing suit strap.. well she made me move it, or we had to leave the pool. Pool is on the 4th floor.. I’m not sure how many outsiders they have sneak into a pool across the street from the beach and up on the 4th floor?! Anyways we really liked the room and the view! Mr. ye was great.
