Prior to our trip I called multiple times, and those whom I spoke with were very rude, but one of my concerns was extra fees to be paid when we arrived. They reassured me not once but twice "mandatory property fees" which I was prepared for because they were listed online under my travel confirmation. We arrived on 3/17/2020, and an extra fee of $45 fee for having guests under 25 in the room, and asked front desk worker where to find where it's listed but was told "I don't know it's on there somewhere". After getting blown off on parking info (a whole other issue) we asked for a luggage carts to help unload before parking, and one staff pointed to a floor above us and said to go get it ourselves. Very rude, they weren't busy. The parking itself is ridiculous-there is not nearly enough parking per the amount of people this hotel holds as it shares a lot with another hotel. Our room was gross.There was dirt all over the headboards, red mold on the bathroom floors, and a dried pink sludgy mystery substance all over the sink/bathroom counter/headboards. Went back to the front desk once again where the staff hid in their back office for the 10-15 minutes that we stood there. Especially the pandemic scare, we expected a much cleaner room and better service. I ended up cleaning our room for us since they wouldn't answer us. This incompetence to do their job was a trend the whole week. Pool was closed with no notice and the building was loud all hours of the day. Enjoy.
