"To get into the hotel, then up to the room means using a very steep and narrow staircase. Not good for us oldsters. Once checked in, we had to pay a $100 security deposit. Surely this should have been mentioned before we paid the non-refundable hotel charge.
The hotel is very hard to find and, even if you know more or less where it is, difficult to navigate to due to being in a warren of one-way streets.

"The staff was very helpful, and the simple breakfast was sufficient (maybe they could offer some fruit or yogurt). This is a 2-star hotel, so be aware. The neighborhood is mostly low-rent businesses, but it appears safe. A block or two away is one of Montreal's LGBTQ+ areas, for those interested."

10/10 Excellent
This hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, so helpful and so nice. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a river view and it was beautiful. The bar in the hotel and on rooftop were great and Nicholas made the best drinks! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
