“There is no staff available to check guests in after 9:30 p.m., but *this information was not available on Expedia.* A phone number is posted on the lobby door for "late arrivals;" it is the lobby phone and can be heard ringing outside. No one answered the phone. Having paid for a room, I ended up with nowhere to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Don’t go in the off season. There was nothing to do in town. We got in later in the day and there was literally one place in the whole town to eat and the prices were high. Our lodge was empty and when we went by the front desk to ask for information there wasn’t a person in sight. Disappointed wish I would have known before I booked.”

Our only issues, and they were probably our fault, were we didn't realize the cabin didn't come with bedding and there was no AC. Perhaps including that would be helpful. We would love to go again, next time prepared with fans and bedding.”
