“Dirty smelly room, non-english speaking unhelpful desk staff, eating rancid burritos while serving you and belching in your face, door entry key cards which wouldn't work (twice replaced by sleeping desk staff we had to wake up), horrendously over-priced, change of linens and towels almost non-existent or dirt & stain covered, filthy floors made your feet black, queen size bed seemed no more than a double bed, no clock. Just an ugly, never-to be duplicated experience. Should have paid us to stay……

“We visit the dells 2-3 times a year. We usually do one “waterpark” stay, the others are a more standard hotel stay, and enjoy the other fun activities the dells has to offer. We were so impressed how clean every single area was- from the room to the pool area, and even the parking lot. Staff are so nice. We loved not having to travel far to get to the pool or front desk, our car being right in front of the room was great. Getting free Timbvatia tickets was just the cherry on the top! We will be……
