“The location of the unit was the best feature of this rental. It was right on the beach. There were a couple issues with our unit though. We went the first night and second day of our trip with the AC not working properly, but it was fixed late the next night. The pullout couch was broken. I reached out about it being broken but it was never fixed. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms because of some type of repair/issue with the pipes. Not a huge issue, but when you pay money for……

A lot of visible black Mold in between shower curtains Toilet would not stop running and visible mold in bowlNo pillow cases for any of the extra pillows for the 2 couch beds and only linen for 1 of them Limited working elevators waited 30 mins to get up or down and I have a bad knee and older people in my group stairs were not an option1 chair on balcony missing foot and screw making chair very……

“I loved the view and the pool area and the free chairs on the beach! The only issues was the hot water running out very quickly and the a/c not working the full time other than that I was super happy! ”

“This is our 3rd year in this condo. Literally the cleanest and most beautiful views of PCB. Communication with Marshall is great and we have never run into any issues. Already looking forward to next year! If you want a very clean and quite condo, along with stunning views, then this is the condo for you! Family friendly too! ”
