“Everything about Hotel Morales is perfect. Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, on-site restaurant and bar, beautiful pool area, service in the room and at the pool. We've stayed here many times. It's in the historic district a few blocks from the central square with historic buildings, markets, and great bars and restaurants. Try Cantina Fuentes by the cathedral.”

“My partner and I were stuck in Guadalajara during the security incident on Feb 22. The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. Prior to the incident, we really enjoyed all of the cafes in the neighbourhood. The hotel is in an excellent location.”

“Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door. Was not aware is walk up only, they should specify in choosing room, no elevators in this property. Praise God He has healed my body and I successfully navigated the stairs carrying my ancient……

“Nos quedamos en este hotel por una semana teníamos reservado dos cuartos. Para empezar el agua tenia un olor super fue que asta asco me daba usarla. El segundo día la regadera exploto en uno de los cuartos y se mojo todo el baño fuimos a recepción para decirles. Si nos cambiaron a un cuarto nuevo. Después de eso al día siguiente todo el hotel quedo sin agua por casi toda la mañana/tarde. El 5to día todos nos tuvimos que bañar con agua super fría eso duro como dos días y differentes tiempos.……

“Es un muy buen hotel, me gustó mucho. Los empleados y los gerentes fueron estupendos y brindaron un excelente servicio. Lo único negativo es que el agua tenía un olor fuerte a hierro, lo que hacía un poco incómodo bañarse. También sería excelente si contara con un bar.”

“Stayed in apart B which was fantastic! Prime location, and the service was great - everything you need to feel taken care of. Very much looking forward to returning. Feedback: the shower water pressure become non existent for a few nights or warm water disappeared mid shower. Hence the 4 stars. ”
