Ocean Club East, Grace Bay Beach
10/10 Excellent
"We had a really good stay at Ocean Club East. It is a little more outdated than other hotels on the island but that is also reflected in the price. The staff do a great job to make it a great stay and were very friendly. The facilities were good: pool, sunlounger availability, free paddle boards / kayaks and we really enjoyed the beach bar. The restaurant was excellent and although not very busy (so not a buzzy atmosphere), the food and cocktails were really good. The shuttle between resorts was reliable and really helpful because the location is a little bit of a distance from the town centre - although not so far you don't walk as we did walk it often. Overall great value for money and a really pleasant stay."

"The resort was better than we anticipated. Very clean. Rooms were bright and cozy. The pool was ok but the loungers super nice. Parking was convenient. Free breakfast was quite good every day. Location was 5* plus! Our reserved section on Grace Bay Beach was heaven on earth and only 2 minute wakk from the resort. I highly recommend this place for budget friendly travelers."

"Enjoyed our stay at Zenza I would stay again however the main cleaning lady is a lil rude other than that they cleaned the room everyday the location is great the small snacks fruits and pastries were very handy in the morning beach location was outstanding amazing crystal clear water, and there is always action from the boats in the marina and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Turks was lovely top to bottom great vacation."

"We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Beautiful pool, clean rooms (I am very picky about cleanliness). There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach which is a 3 min ride. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. I will say if you get there later than 11am all the chairs are taken, but we just got there early. After driving around the island, I was always looking forward to getting back to the hotel. It felt like a little oasis with good vibes. Their pizza is amazing, I am gluten free and they made a GF pizza for me. Great location too."

"Great service. Everyone was friendly and polite. Water was always made available. Breakfast is included. We love the room with balcony and kitchenette. There were always available beach chairs, and the hotel didn't feel crowded in mid July."

"I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful resort! I absolutely loved everything about this place starting with their amazing staff because without them this would be just a beautiful resort! The staff played a major role in how much I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Excellent views, The Del Mar was exquisite, the pool and hot tub were amazing, the beach felt private due to its location! Besides the amazing staff, The Strand is away from all of the busyness of Grace Bay! Do yourself a favor and book your next vacation with The Strand!"

"Great staff and excellent service throughout our stay. Our updated room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The beach was exceptional—one of the highlights of the resort. Willey was a standout team member, going above and beyond to be incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was the pool area, which felt dated and a bit underwhelming."
